CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
This Cancellation & Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Cancellation & Refund Policy”) shall govern the relationship between Manifest with Kaisa, a business entity having its registered address at PL 13, 00561 Helsinki, Finland (hereinafter referred to the “Company” or “Us” or “Our” or “We”) and you (hereinafter referred to “You” or “Your” or “User” or “Users” or “Customer”) when you avail any of the services, including without limitation, live sessions and online courses, offered through the website, www.manifestwithkaisa.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site” or “Platform”).
Please read this Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully, as this forms a binding agreement between you and the Company. If you do not accept these Cancellation & Refund Policy in its entirety, then you may not use our Website, book a live session or purchase any of the courses or other material on the Website. Besides this, you shall also be in strict compliance with all other applicable laws, rules and regulations that you may be subject to (collectively referred to as, “Applicable Laws”).
This Cancellation & Refund Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service, Disclaimer, Privacy Policy statement and Cookie Policy.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
By booking any session or purchasing any course or other material through the Website in any way or by registering an account or by clicking on a button or taking similar action to signify your affirmative acceptance of these Cancellation & Refund Policy, you hereby represent that:
You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Cancellation & Refund Policy, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any future updates and additions to these policies, as published from time to time at the Website or as otherwise may be communicated to you.
You are of sound mind, competent to contract and are at least of the age of majority as per the laws of jurisdiction in which you reside (or whose laws are applicable to you), in order to form a binding contract with us. In case you are not of the age of majority, then you must have the permission of your lawful guardian to use and access our Platform.
We must not have previously disabled your account for violation of law or any of our policies.
RESERVATION OF RIGHT
We reserve the right to cancel an appointment for one-on-one session in certain situations. For example, we may cancel the appointment in case of emergency at our end. When this will happen, we will send you an intimation about this, and in case this happens for the reason solely attributable to us, we will either reschedule the session on the date and time as acceptable to each of us, or refund you the entire amount paid by you. You can also reschedule or cancel the service as per this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
RE-SCHEDULING
Once you have scheduled the appointment for the live one-on-one session with us, you can reschedule the same for any reason, but only at least 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to the scheduled time. You can re-schedule by dropping an email at manifestwithkaisa@gmail.com
CANCELLATION
Once you have scheduled the appointment for the one-on-one session with us, you also have the option to cancel the same, and receive the full refund. In order to get the refund, you must cancel the appointment at least 24 (twenty-four) hours prior to the scheduled time. Please note, in case our website is under maintenance at the time when you wish to cancel the appointment, and for any reason, you are unable to cancel through the Website, in that case, you shall contact us by dropping an email at manifestwithkaisa@gmail.com within the time period prescribed above, and we will process your refund manually.
TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES AND NO SHOW
Technical Difficulties: In case of technical difficulties during or at the time of the session, and only in genuine cases, your unused time will be rescheduled.
No Show: In case you do not show up at the scheduled time of the session, and provided you have not reschedules the session as per the terms herein, the service shall be deemed as ‘consumed’, and you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation, whatsoever.
REFUND FOR ONLINE COURSES
Once you have purchased or enrolled in any of our e-courses, you can apply for a refund within a period of 14 (fourteen) days, provided that you haven’t in any way used or utilized the course (you must not have logged in and started watching the content). However, please note, for any downloadable product/material, there are and will be no refunds and the moment you receive it, it will be treated as consumed.
MODE OF REFUND
Your refund, once approved by us, will be credited in your original method of payment, within a period of 7-10 working days from the date of approval by us. In case you have not received the refund within this timeline, please contact us at manifestwithkaisa@gmail.com.
NO REFUND IN OTHER CASES
You are not entitled to seek a refund on the ground of dissatisfaction of the services, either of the live sessions or of the courses or other downloadable materials. But you can contact us in such situation, we welcome your feedback.
Please note that there are no refunds for our monthly subscription services. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time without any penalties. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period.
MODIFICATION
Company may make changes to this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. When these changes are made, Company will make a new copy of the terms available on this page. You understand and agree that if you use Company after the date on which the Cancellation & Refund Policy have changed, Company will treat your use as acceptance of the updated Cancellation & Refund Policy.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to your use of the Website or the Services, or these Cancellation & Refund Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution mechanism provided in the Terms of Service.
